Procure Smarter. Save More. Grow Together.

A New Standard for Food Manufacturing Procurement

Rising costs, Fragmented vendors, Growing pressure on margins?

We built The Sweet Coalition (TSC) because food and candy manufacturers needed more than price lists and promises—they needed leverage. Our collective purchasing model empowers companies generating $5MM–$100MM in annual revenue to join forces and unlock savings, rebates, and resources that typically favor large conglomerates.

Whether you’re managing a plant, overseeing procurement, or setting strategic direction, we exist to protect your margins and multiply your buying power

How It Works

We’ve removed the friction. Joining The Sweet Coalition is fast, straightforward, and designed to create impact from day one.

Step 1: Connect With Us

We start with a short intro call to understand your operation, your purchasing categories, and where we can deliver the most value. No pitch. Just alignment.

Step 2: Onboarding and Eligibility Check

Once we confirm that you meet member qualifications, we’ll walk through:

  • Which vendor categories apply to you

  • What rebates and discounts are available

  • How we handle supplier introductions and integration

We only onboard companies when we can confidently deliver ROI.

Step 3: Access Pre-Negotiated Programs

Once approved, you’ll gain access to preferred supplier agreements. Use them immediately—no need to wait for a new fiscal year or strategic review cycle.

Options include:

  • Utilizing our pricing with your existing suppliers

  • Switching to preferred vendors with stronger incentives

  • Enrolling in equipment rebate and financing programs

Step 4: Start Earning Rebates

Rebates are calculated based on your actual volume. You’ll receive clear reporting, visibility into payment schedules, and documentation of your program participation.

You’re always in control of what programs you use.

Built by Operators. For Operators.

The Sweet Coalition isn’t a brokerage firm. It’s a member-led alliance.

Our board consists of plant managers, procurement directors, and industry veterans who grew tired of working in silos. Today, the Coalition represents a growing group of independent food manufacturers united by a simple belief: we’re stronger together.

This isn’t about cutting corners. It’s about buying better, running smarter, and competing with companies 10x your size—without giving up control.

Next Step: A 20-Minute Intro Call

There’s no application form or membership fee to worry about.
